Deep Learning Course - Level: Beginner
Suppose we are working in an video editor and we want to create our image labels as a separate asset. When the labels are not separate, the labels are said to be burned into the image. This makes certain things like post processing more difficult.
In general, it is cleaner to have the text overlays as a separate asset. We can do this by adding the labels to an image file that is empty with alpha only. This is a fully transparent image.
